ZEPo-v Pneumatic clamping attachment
Robust pneumatically actuated elevation unit designed to raise machine vises and other clamping devices in applications where maximum rigidity and clamping stability are required. The design enables installation of two clamping stations on a 4-station base, significantly increasing the support area and resistance to high machining loads.
Thanks to the larger contact surface and dual mounting interface, the elevation unit provides substantially higher rigidity, making it an ideal solution for demanding roughing operations, interrupted cuts, and machining of larger or geometrically complex workpieces. The self-locking mechanism ensures secure clamping even in the event of air pressure loss, providing a high level of operational safety.
