ZEPO-v pneumatic clamping bases are a highly flexible and robust solution for clamping workpieces and fixtures in CNC machining. They use a zero-point system with NES-t 135 clamping sockets, arranged as required in variants from 1× to 8× clamping points on a single base. This allows the base to be configured precisely according to the requirements of a specific machine type or operation.
Each base is equipped with a pneumatic self-locking system that enables fast, secure, and repeatable clamping. In addition to standard dimensional variants (e.g., 1× NES-t 135, 4×200 NES-t 135), we also offer special designs for specific CNC machines, such as GROB, AXILE G8-G6, or LT portal systems.
