Following on from the range of our products and services, where we have to perform 100% in the production of individual components, we offer our experience in the production of high-precision parts to other companies in our field. Using chip machining technology, we produce parts on top CNC machines. We have modern tools from from global manufacturers at our disposal. From a technological point of view, we can meet the requirements of single to medium series production. We will produce various components for you according to specific requirements.

Assembly of Assemblies and Subassemblies

Our services also include the assembly of mechanical assemblies and subassemblies, directly building on the custom manufacturing of individual components. This allows us to deliver complete functional units, not just separate parts.

We provide:

  • assembly of machine assemblies and subassemblies

  • precise mechanical assembly according to technical drawings

  • installation of bearings, shafts, bushings, guiding elements, and precision fits

  • adjustment, fitting, and functional inspection of assemblies

  • preparation of parts and assemblies for further integration into production lines or customer equipment

Assembly is carried out in a controlled environment with a strong emphasis on precision, repeatability, and cleanliness. Each assembly is inspected prior to shipment for dimensional accuracy and functional performance. If required, we can also provide partial or complete pre-assembly testing.
