Universal vice with fixed jaw for productive CNC machining
A fixed-jaw machine vise designed for precise and productive CNC machining. The fixed reference jaw design ensures repeatable workpiece positioning and is ideal for applications where accurate positioning of the workpiece relative to the machine zero point or clamping pallet is required. Thanks to its high structural rigidity and efficient transmission of clamping force, the vise is suitable for both roughing and finishing operations.
The specially designed drive screw ensures efficient conversion of tightening torque into clamping force while maintaining a long service life of the mechanism. The vise is available in two length variants: L = 170 mm and L = 214 mm. Optional accessories include roughing jaws, interchangeable jaw inserts, and additional clamping elements. The design is prepared for integration into the modular ZEPO-V clamping system.
