Why did we develop this clamping system?

We developed ZEPO-v with the aim of simplifying adjustment, increasing clamping stability, and supporting production reliability even during demanding operations. It is primarily intended for operations where both precise tolerances and time efficiency play a role. Thanks to its robust design and easy integration, it has become a popular solution in environments with high production quality requirements.

However, our technology does not end with mechanical components. As part of our digitalization efforts, we have also developed a system for monitoring CNC machines, which obtains production data directly from control units without operator intervention. This data is then processed into clear graphical reports, which serve as an effective tool for monitoring productivity and optimizing operations.

The monitoring supports a wide range of industrial systems, including Mazatrol, Fanuc, Siemens Sinumerik 840D, Omron PLC, and Modbus-enabled devices. This makes it easy to deploy in a diverse machine environment without the need for complex modifications.

Our services also include our own design department, where experienced engineers design solutions in the Inventor CAD/CAM system. They work closely with our Mazak-equipped production department, which allows us to handle orders from technical design to final assembly. This integrated approach ensures high-quality output and shortens the entire production cycle.
