12 receiver cast iron clamping tower
Cube clamping tombstone for CNC horizontal machining centers.Equiped with 12 preciously possitioned NES-t 135 modules around the perimeter. The robust casting is made of high-quality cast iron mainly due to degree of internal damping to ensure a stable machining process. The geometry of the tower was optimized via a FEM analysis using state-of-the-art simulation tools. Each row of clamping nests is controlled by a pneumatic valve at the top of the tower. The tower can be set on a pallet using a 50h6 centring pin.
